d22eb0ceef win32: Read inode values even though file is open 
According to MSDN, CreateFile can be passed 0 if only
stat-like info is required.

This allows to upload locked files.

d2657bc154 Do display floating points with precision of 1 
For several GB of quota, we might end up showing
<1% far too long. So show one decimal number,
unless it's zero.

Like QLocale::toString(double, 'f', prec), but drops trailing
zeros after the decimal point.

3cc670ec29 Send non-standard port along with host 
In QNAM, that's actually the default,
and we were overriding it incorrectly
for no obvious reason. When using the
QHTTP fallback, we need to submit a
non-standard port manually.

68a427d7e4 Make sure the directory after a rename has a md5 
If not when we do a read from db later, the updater will beleive the
directory is no longer on the server

c164beb040 Commit squashed refactoring branch 
- introduce settings dialog
- general settings for general / proxy settings
- standalone proxy settings dialog removed
- standalone status dialog removed
- moved status dialog into settings dialog
- radically cut down links in context menu
- add help link to context menu

This needs more cleanup and testing. Known issues:

- When the wizard is called while the settings dialog
  is open, it will not show old information (see FIXME)
- Some settings are not implemented yet (greyed out)
- The counter in the FileItemDialog is not correct the
  first time around.

Based on the discussion done with Jan and Klaas during the
Nuenberg workshop.
