OS X: Make sure Qt frameworks have the right structure
This fixes the codesign verification by making sure that the Qt framework bundles follow the required structure described at: https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/documentation/CoreFoundation/Conceptual/CFBundles/BundleTypes/BundleTypes.html
