intellij.platform.rpc doesn't exist in 2025.3, is embedded in the core
classloader in 2026.1-2026.2 and is a standalone module since 2026.3.
Declaring it as a dependency of the embedded ideavim-common module disables
the whole plugin on 2025.3 and breaks the 2025.3 build.
Move the dependency to a new optional ideavim-rpc module that provides
VimRemoteApiResolver via the IdeaVIM.remoteApiResolver extension point.
When the module is skipped (2025.3), fall back to calling
RemoteApiProviderService from the core classloader.
Our pipeline could mark issues on youtrack as fixed even if they were not in release branch.

Main issue was with comamnds like `s` which might have | inside replaced regex
That's why we've adde whole machinery that split it in CommandVisitor.
We couldn't do it it antlr grammar itself as it would require having backwards state of grammer what antlr doesn't allow

The tbr page was still a byte-for-byte copy of the 2.45.0 release notes,
so its content is replaced with the features and fixes currently under
To Be Released: the YankRing extension, modeless selection, the
current-search-match highlight, :stopinsert, command-line sethandler and
the macOS key repeat setting, plus the polish & fixes list.

Document the VIM-330 spelling dictionary commands in the changelog and

Split the bookmark backend RPC into optional, self-gating content modules so JumpRemoteApi (and the rest of the backend RPC) no longer breaks when the intellij.platform.bookmarks module is absent, while bookmark sync still works whether bookmarks lives in platform core (≤2026.1) or in the separate plugin module
(2026.2+).
Add missing changelog entries for the mouse option and indentwise rename,
and rebuild the What's New page from the current [To Be Released] section.
