1grzyb1andClaude Opus 5.5 27befce788 Drop dependencies on the removed Rhizome kernel modules 
IJPL-257728 removed intellij.platform.kernel, kernel.impl and kernel.backend
from the platform. On builds from master, IdeaVIM.ideavim-backend and both
bookmark backend modules declared a dependency on intellij.platform.kernel.backend,
so the platform skipped them silently. None of the remoteApiProvider extensions
got registered, and Commentary, Format and the other RPC calls failed with
"No remote API found".

IdeaVim doesn't use any class from these modules. The backend-only loading in
split mode is still provided by the dependency on intellij.platform.backend.

1grzyb1 738b73417f Load intellij.platform.rpc dependency from an optional module 
intellij.platform.rpc doesn't exist in 2025.3, is embedded in the core
classloader in 2026.1-2026.2 and is a standalone module since 2026.3.
Declaring it as a dependency of the embedded ideavim-common module disables
the whole plugin on 2025.3 and breaks the 2025.3 build.

Move the dependency to a new optional ideavim-rpc module that provides
VimRemoteApiResolver via the IdeaVIM.remoteApiResolver extension point.
When the module is skipped (2025.3), fall back to calling
RemoteApiProviderService from the core classloader.

Our pipeline could mark issues on youtrack as fixed even if they were not in release branch.
Added single script for all pipelines to deremine which commits enetered given release so changelog, whats new and release itself are using exactly same logic

Added generic mechanism for chainging multiple commands with |
Main issue was with comamnds like `s` which might have | inside replaced regex
That's why we've adde whole machinery that split it in CommandVisitor.
We couldn't do it it antlr grammar itself as it would require having backwards state of grammer what antlr doesn't allow

Split the bookmark backend RPC into optional, self-gating content modules so JumpRemoteApi (and the rest of the backend RPC) no longer breaks when the intellij.platform.bookmarks module is absent, while bookmark sync still works whether bookmarks lives in platform core (≤2026.1) or in the separate plugin module
  (2026.2+).

Add an `ideavim.use.debug.ideavimrc` flag (VimRcService.USE_DEBUG_VIMRC_PROPERTY):
when set to "true", IdeaVim prefers ~/.debug.ideavimrc over ~/.ideavimrc,
falling back to the regular file if the debug one is absent. The runIde
Gradle task sets the flag so development runs can use a separate config
without touching the real ~/.ideavimrc.

Alex PlateandClaude Opus 4.7 e4c8bb636b Wire pluginConfiguration.changeNotes to read from CHANGES.md 
Replaces the 30-line hardcoded HTML block with a provider that renders
the matching section from CHANGES.md via the org.jetbrains.changelog
plugin (already configured). Falls back to the latest released section
during dev / SNAPSHOT builds, so patchPluginXml always produces sensible
output.

After this lands, releases no longer need a manual sync of changeNotes
against CHANGES.md — the TS promoter that runs earlier in the pipeline
is the single source of truth.

Alex PlateandClaude Opus 4.7 15ef84eed5 Split CHANGES.md "To Be Released" into 2.29.0–2.35.0 sections 
The "To Be Released" section had accumulated everything from 2.29.0
through 2.35.x because the release pipeline's promoter step was
disabled in TC and the YouTrack ticket update step was broken (fixed
in 13b6a9ff9). Bucketed each entry to the release that first shipped
the change, using PR merge commits and git tag containment.

Per the project convention, patch releases roll into their parent
minor; 2.31.x is folded into 2.32.0 since 2.31.0 was unlisted on the
marketplace. 2.34.0 gets its own section noting it is a re-release
of 2.33.0 (same commit). VIM-3948 (Full IDE integration epic) is
excluded per the changelog skill's Vim Everywhere rule.

build.gradle.kts changeNotes synced to the 2.35.0 section.
